Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Prospecting and

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients and partners through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to track and analyse business development efforts and provide insights to the team.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients.

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:

To not already hold an Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
