Purpose of the job


The Recruitment Business Partner is fully dedicated to internal and external stakeholders within our Engineering Division (PE&D) needs and duties.

The RBP is required to work with Senior Managers, Heads of Discipline and Project Managers to help identify new and existing internal and external talent.


Key Accountabilities

  • To understand and deliver against Nuvia's Recruitment processes and Procedures.
  • Locate and onboard talent for NUVIA
  • Work with the Resource Manager to understand a overview of short, medium and long term requirements


Assists in carrying out the organisation capability review/succession planning and acts as required to develop, support business lines & employees.


  • Provides support to the business for benchmarking and retention of talent
  • Proactively looking at new initiatives to develop the business commercially to add value to managers
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
  • Analysis of key recruitment metrics for business lines on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
  • Works on HR improvement initiatives including ED&I

Occupational Skills and Knowledge

  • Understanding of or experience within a HR team. With working towards or ambition to work towards a CIPD qualification
  • Educated to GCSE level within English and Maths

Duties and Requirements

  • Experience of advising managers & directors on a range of recruitment matters
Ideally have operated in a multisite role, recruiting multi discipline roles nationally
