Job Role:


  • Responsible for formulating annual targets and budgets, monthly marketing planning and work plans for British regional brands, determining brand marketing strategies and leading the team to achieve sales targets;
  • Led the team to be responsible for brand visual design and brand planning and implementation of channel terminal schemes;
  • Responsible for the brand's overall marketing planning and implementation in e-commerce channels according to the company's business needs
  • Responsible for developing the procedures and standards of the Marketing Department and reducing the sales cost; 6. Promoted the cooperation and development of the Marketing Department according to the business needs of the company;

Requirement

  • Experience in operation and management of brand Marketing Department in e-cigarette industry/digital 3C industry/FMCG industry;
  • Experience in successfully leading a team to operate projects;
  • Have certain experience in team performance management, know how to set performance goals, guide and follow up the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, resource integration skills and team management skills;
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure, rigorous and careful, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility

Salary:
£60,822.02-£75,684.21 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
