Description

Gi Group Birmingham are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to start at a local school in Redditch B98 as soon as possible.

You would need an Enhanced DBS for this role. If you haven't got one we can support with this.

Working hours will be:
08:00 - 14:30


Responsibilities include:

  • Producing first class food to pupils, staff, parents, and visitors in a timely manner
  • Providing meals to children
  • The daily supervision of the kitchen and catering staff in the absence of other supervisors
  • Preparing food to the standard and specification required
  • Keep food wastage to a minimum
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and other related areas
  • Ensure catering staff are aware of the required standards of food production/service
