Description
A friendly, professional company based in Waterlooville is seeking a new Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The Accounts Assistant will assist the company's senior Bookkeeper with tasks such as:


  • Processing supplier payments
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Generating sales invoices
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Undertaking general pension administration
  • PAYE duties
  • Following up on overdue fees
  • General office duties / administration


The company are ideally looking for someone to work 3 full days a week, Wednesday-Friday, however there could be some flexibility regarding this.

Ideally, you will have some previous accounts experience.
