THE SALARY:

Up to £28,000 dependant on experience

HYBRID WORKING:

We operate a hybrid working environment for this role, meaning that you can spend part of your time working at home and/or part in the office at Gerrards Cross (SL9 7AP)


ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:
Coordinator Support**You will work closely with and support our Resourcing Advisors in providing end-to-end recruitment administration
Be the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries for both colleagues and external
Write and post job descriptions on career websites
Be responsible for updating the internal careers page, posting & removing job adverts
Update and distribute our resourcing trackers
Compile analytical reports and data relating to current vacancies for the Head of Talent Management
Support the Resourcing Advisor with recruiting methods, interview questions and guidance to managers on the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role
Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and share any updates received with the team
Support with early careers attraction by facilitating attendance at job fairs, careers events, schools and colleges where applicable

System Support
On our system you will support with the building of talent pools for frequent vacancies and develop an understanding of internal succession and talent development
