About The Role:

The Trainer's purpose within the business is to continuously provide a high-level of training, coaching and mentoring, predominantly on the shop floor with Production Operatives, Warehouse Operatives (Intake and Despatch), Technical, Packaging and Maintenance and more.

Ensuring that training records are well maintained and compliance training is kept up to date.

Hours: Monday-Friday

About You:

Previous experience of working in a factory / production environment within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment
Good verbal and written communication skills, confident communicator to all levels of staff. Additional languages would be an asset in the multicultural work environment
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Previous experience in a training role or holding training responsibilities as part of another role
Preferable
Problem solving and analytical skills Be able to work twilight shifts Monday-Friday
