£45,000 + OTE

The company

  • Fintech start up business that is just establishing itself in the UK. They are looking a highly motivated digital marketing specialist to help lay down the foundations of the entire digital marketing & social media strategy that will underpin and supportbusiness development. This is a key appointment in that it's a new role and you can take all that you have learnt and design the position around your strengths and what you know works_
  • This is a truly exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial start up as the business as it gets started and on the "ground floor " _

Duties

  • Manage social media accounts
  • Creating and publishing new content, engaging with followers
  • Monitoring website traffic and social media engagement
  • Use of google analytics
  • Use of SEP to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals
  • Work with the international creative team to develop fresh and engaging content
  • Produce graphics, videos, and blog posts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up to date on emerging technologies and platforms

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management:


  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools:

A performance marketing background:

- **Ideally a finance related background
