As a Product Owner, you will be passionate about building products that customers love, managing the product management lifecycle from design and build through to launch and maintenance.
Product Owners are the 'voice of the customer' at the intersection of product design, technology and business coming up with innovative ideas to tackle customer problems and translating customer needs to product strategy, vision, roadmap, and backlog.

Agility:
Promote an agile atmosphere within teams by emphasising nimble action in service of constant customer focus.
Agile Backlog Management:
Create, review and prioritise the backlog which aligns to the product vision and creates value in line with OKRs.
Agile Backlog Management:
Review the backlog and work with other Product Owners on coordination of dependencies and, where necessary, reprioritise the work and deployment of resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
Create and Utilise feedback loops to monitor performance.Leadership and Direction:
Communicate and explain the story detail and priorities to the Agile team ensuring alignment and agreement on a final sprint plan.
Support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader outcomes.
Product and Solution Development:
Define and deliver products or solutions that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available.
Agile Release Planning:
Work with System and Solution Architects/Engineers to plan and replan the sequencing of releases as they are produced to assist with decision making and ensure timely updates.
Requirements Management:
Plan, create and coordinate the identification of artefacts related requirements and decisions. Ensure the information is readily available and communicated to the wider organisation.
Building Capability:
Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
Business Case:
Create business cases as required that outline the feasibility and benefits to the business and or the user.
Needs Assessment:
Explore issues or needs, establishing potential causes and barriers as well as related issues.
