Home based, one visit per month to the offices in Hampshire
You will need you to deliver effective solutions to our customers - predominantly through our market-leading product, ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences.
You will be offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.
Previous Experience:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as you'll be preparing customer documentation and reports, and regularly presenting to customers.
You'll need to have an ability to build relationships quickly at all levels - and in varying types of organisations - so that you are seen as a trusted advisor who can push boundaries, achieve results and exceed customer expectations.
You will also need an eye for detail as you'll be responsible for creating the scheme designs and assisting through the testing process before the scheme goes live.
You need to be comfortable taking ownership for customers with a delivery-focused outlook, proactively managing your own time, and being open to new ideas.
- Successfully managing customer engagement, ideally either in a Human Resources, Tech, Finance or Consultancy role.
- You will also be able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fastpaced working environment.
