The
purpose of this role


As a
Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the team, providing administrative support whilst delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.

As a
Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:


  • Answering calls and
    assisting customers with their
    queries:
-
Producing quotes for customers
-
Processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices:


  • Liaising with
    suppliers:
-
General administrative duties


Skills & Experience

  • Excellent
    telephone manner
  • Experience with
    Microsoft Excel:
  • Good
    attention to detail:
-
Strong communications skills

  • Experience in an
    administrative position would be an advantage.
