Claims Auditor:
Tonbridge, Kent Full time position 37.5 hours per week. (Office based), Salary: up to £31,860

Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well respected and forward thinking Claims Management Company, our client is looking to recruit an Auditor to join their team in Tonbridge, Kent


Previous experience within a Claims Handling or Claims Supervisory role is essential

The Role:


Contributing to development of and to execute the company's Claims Journey Audit programme and processes, ensuring that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately with feedback directly to the agent, Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

years in an insurance claims handling and/or claims supervisory role

  • Knowledge of Household Policy Structure, covers and limits/excesses
  • Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience
