Team Leader (Relationship Team)

Hours
9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) _
OR_
9:30am - 5:30pm (30 mins lunch)

Employee schedules and workloads
Track employee performance
Training, coaching and development
To actively look for ways to improve existing procedures within the team
Establish and maintain procedures
Holidays, sickness, and absence management
Daytoday support and care
Regular 121 meetings
Communicate any changes to the team in a positive manner
Help to improve/embed company culture
Create a safe and inclusive work environment
Undertake various propertyrelated duties, in conjunction with Business Support Officer:
Establish and maintain procedures
Organise the office, including stationery and equipment
Liaise with IT and other relevant services
Plan inhouse or offsite activities
Assist Senior Management Team when needed

Responsibilities
Direct line responsibility for Relationship Officers and Business Support Officers

Technical Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills
Ability to change priorities/duties quickly
Clear thinker with the ability to pay attention to detail
Experience of coaching staff in a customer service/sales environment
A confident, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
The ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, whilst maintaining a high quality of work
Team leader experience desired

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
