Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage outgoing mail and packages
- Create bookings for Workshop on Outlook calender
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Line 50
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent administrative and clerical abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
