Description
We are looking for warm, caring Relief Support Workers to provide person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Lewisham


Your role will include:

  • Providing personal care, practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Maximising service user outcomes by promoting independence and social inclusion
  • Encouraging service users to be involved in decisions regarding their care and lives
  • Collaborate with service users, their families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service.

Job Type:
Temporary


Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour

12.5 hour shifts 7am to 7:30pm and 7pm to 7:30am


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lewisham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
