Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system accurately
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and industry trends

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English
  • Proven ability to sell products or services effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,827.98 per year
