Description
An annual salary of up to £30,000 + benefits is available

This will be an office based position.


Responsibilities

  • 1st /. 2nd line support for diagnosing problems and issues.
  • Escalate issues where needed
  • Service desk, desktop and telephone support for 1st line issues
  • Installation and configuration of IT equipment
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:


The Service Desk Analyst will have:

  • Strong Windows / Office 365 skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT Support background
  • Experience of using Microsoft tools including Excel.
