An annual salary of up to £30,000 + benefits is availableThis will be an office based position.
Responsibilities
- 1st /. 2nd line support for diagnosing problems and issues.
- Escalate issues where needed
- Service desk, desktop and telephone support for 1st line issues
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
The Service Desk Analyst will have:
- Strong Windows / Office 365 skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT Support background
- Experience of using Microsoft tools including Excel.
