You will

Following the implementation of CareDirector version 6, work is ongoing to support the business to capitalise on the investment made.

Now that the system is in use in a live environment there is opportunity to make changes and improvements to better support practice and make use of utilised functionality.

A specialist, experienced in designing processes and systems for Adults Social Care (ASC) services is required to:

Work as part of the programme and with the ASC team to identify, prioritise and manage the lifecycle of the changes required to SCC's CareDirector V6 for ASC.
Support managers and teams by ensuring knowledge sharing and training of the SCC CareDirector build is effective and support operations by helping ASC to use the new system as designed.
Design the changes required to SCC's newly implemented version of CareDirector V6 in line with ASC's requirements for the Phase 2 project.
Work with the ASC management team to align Phase 2 requirements to the service's priorities.
Support ASC managers and teams by ensuring knowledge sharing and training of the SCC CareDirector build is effective and support operations by helping ASC to use the new system as designed.

You will

Deliver the implementation of CareDirector Phase 2 for ASC to support best practice and accurate recording

Manage stakeholders to ensure good communication and collaborative working

Capture requirements and design the system and process changes for Phase 2

Ensure good communication and collaborative working is in place within the programme team and with the service

Ensure compliance with the SCC Project Management and the CareDirector governance framework

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
