Macildowie HR are currently working exclusively on a brilliant opportunity for a stand-alone HR Manager who likes (and has experience in) setting up HR functions from scratch.


Based in Loughborough this tech/communications SME is looking for a stand-alone HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis to set up everything and anything HR related.

Not having had anyone in this position before means you will be responsible for ti all

  • Implementing policies and processes (allll of them)
  • End to end recruitment plans to grow three fold in the next three years
  • Management of employee relations
  • Training needs analysis roll out of trainings
  • Management coaching
  • Advice on best practise
  • General office admin and support


This role i paying up to £45,000p.a.+ bonus + 25 days holiday + agile working (3 days on site in Loughborough).
