Macildowie HR are currently working exclusively on a brilliant opportunity for a stand-alone HR Manager who likes (and has experience in) setting up HR functions from scratch.
Based in Loughborough this tech/communications SME is looking for a stand-alone HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis to set up everything and anything HR related.
- Implementing policies and processes (allll of them)
- End to end recruitment plans to grow three fold in the next three years
- Management of employee relations
- Training needs analysis roll out of trainings
- Management coaching
- Advice on best practise
- General office admin and support
This role i paying up to £45,000p.a.+ bonus + 25 days holiday + agile working (3 days on site in Loughborough).
