We are currently looking to recruit an conscientious and reliable
Stock Controllerto join us on a permanent,
full-time basis working on the
shiftat our
Sales & Distribution division on site in
Banbury.



As a Stock Controller, your duties will include:

  • Liaise with 3PL clients to obtain POs/RE's and book in inbound orders and returns including DPD
  • Carry out perpetual stock counting and analysis of adjustments, set up new SKU's in the warehouse management system and release held stock at the request of the client
  • Daily checking of receipts to ensure full traceability of products from receipt to dispatch is maintained
  • Control of non-conforming stock through hold/release of stock and weekly reporting of stock on hold
  • Ensure all activities relating to medicine and medical devices are in accordance with Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products

What we are looking for in our ideal Stock Controller:

  • You must have a good standard of English and Maths ability and be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
  • You will have good computer literacy with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and SAGE
  • You must have experience of working within a stock control role in a busy warehouse environment
  • You will have high levels of self-motivation, be able to prioritise your work load effectively and to work to tight deadlines
  • You will be a confident communicator, being able to communite with people at all levels
