An established brand within the UK for many years, they strive to provide anautonomous environment for employees and allow each manager to manage their branch as it was their own business.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up their established Social Care branch. The team is settled, focused, and has a budgeted headcount to grow. They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can inspire, coach and mentor.You will be tasked with the full day to day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example for the branch to grow.
The team will need to be supervised, trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager.This will be a hands-onrole where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.
You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this reallywas your own business.
The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
