Description

Our client is a well-respected removal company who is currently seeking a Head of Operations & Storage for their team based in London, to oversee all inbound and outbound operations, inventory management and implementing procedures to increase efficiencies.

As the Head of Operations & Storage, you will contribute to the achievement of the company's business plan objectives and the growth of the organisation.

You will be fully responsibility for all Operations, Warehouse and Storage departments and will be supporting the optimisation of these key functions to enable growth.

Head of Operations & Storage main responsibilities:

Mentoring and developing the team
Developing daily and weekly KPIs and associated reporting
Responsibility for people management from operatives to managers
Managing projects focusing on operational improvements and building out processes as the business grows

Requirements of the Head of Operations & Storage:

Must have a strong Removals ops background
Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the industry
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Operator's Licence holder
Driving licence

In return, you will be offered a salary depending on experience.
