Credit Controller


A fantastic opportunity is available for a Credit Controller based in Biggleswade for an international company to maintain an effective credit process and develop positive customer relationships with new and existing customers.


What will the right person look like?


The ideal Credit Controller must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Credit Control, good communication skills both written and verbal and be IT literate.


What will you be doing?

  • Opening and assessing new customer accounts.
  • Manage a diverse ledger with effective cash collection to reduce over debtor balances.
  • Prepare reports including debtor days and bad debt provision.
  • Assist the sales team with decision making processes including deferred payment plans and progress payment based credit line facilities.
  • Take the lead in instigating and managing collection of payments via small claims or litigation as appropriate.

Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Administrator will be based in Biggleswade, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Competitive salary, private healthcare, attractive pension scheme and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.
