Title - Data Centre Cabling Engineer

Location - Central London (onsite)

Salary package - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + over time allowance + package

Shift patterns - working a 4 on 4 off pattern, including blocks of day and night work


Concept Resourcing are working with a world leading Data Centre Provider to recruit an experienced Cabling Engineer into their Data Centre Engineering team.

The role will involve installing, preparing, splicing, and testing optic fibre, and installing, terminating,and testing cat 5 and cat 6 UTP, STP, and coaxial.

You will also be involved in cable moves and management, and the testing of all new customer installations.


This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong cabling withing a data centre environment to utilize and grow their skills with a company at the forefront of data centre innovation.


  • Significant experience in fusion splicing
  • Strong experience in copper termination
  • Prior experience in cabling within the telecoms industry
  • Prior experience of testing and faultfinding on all cable types
