Even though CrossReach is one of Scotland's largest social care organisations with services across the country, we genuinely value the individual.

For the children and young people, we support, that means being treated with respect, whatever the circumstances.

We are now seeking an inspirational Learning Support Practitioner to join the team at our purpose built school in Erskine on a 1 year temporary contract.

This is an essential role in creating a supportive environment for our student's educational journey.

The role of the Learning Support Practitioner is to provide support for pupils to enable them to access the curriculum and progress to their full potential.

The role will involve working to support small groups of pupils to develop their skills and supporting pupils in-class within lessons.

We offer a great working environment, and a commitment to personal development and CPD, along with other benefits of working for an organisation like ours.

There is a company pension, health cash plan, Loss of Holiday allowance and access to a range of leisure and retail discounts.

This is a job that not only changes the lives of others through education, but offers you the opportunity to changes yours, through the difference that you could make.

Erskine Waterfront Campus

Located at our purpose built Education campus, Erskine Waterfront believes that all children have potential, and our aim is to unlock that through the flexible learning opportunities and motivating experiences we offer.

We have created an enriched learning experience for pupils based on their strengths, skills, and interests, using our Relational and Attachment focused approach.

Importantly, children who have been harmed by relationships cam be healed through relationships.

The Children and Young People we support are aged from years with additional support needs and we have both residential and day pupils.
