Trust Electric Heating is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our paid advertising campaigns, driving brand visibility, and maximising customer engagement.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and display networks.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Create and optimise ad campaigns, including writing compelling ad copy, setting up targeting parameters, and managing bid strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, presenting actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ad campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging advertising platforms to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages and user experiences to maximise conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are within allocated spending limits while maximising results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad networks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging ad copy and present campaign insights.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are desirable.

Salary:
£12,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
