Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of primary school students? Justteachers agency is currently seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join a supportive school community in Chadderton.

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Support students in their learning activities, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to promote the holistic development of students.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with primary schoolaged children, preferably within a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of young learners.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from classroom teachers.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
