Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional person with lots of initiative, and great attention to detail. Ideally someone with experience in the hospitality sector.

The role is very broad, from ensuring the cleaning of all our properties to the highest standard, building and managing a cleaning team, or managing a subcontracted cleaning company, and ensuring the design and staging of our properties are in keeping with our marketing brand.

Able to drive the business forward increasing sales, meeting targets and KPI's and building great customer relationships.

We are an independent, local business, specializing in short let, holiday accommodation management, and private property cleaning within East and West Sussex.

Our business foundations are built on very high standards as we want our guests to have wonderful memories of their stay with us, customer service is paramount and the ability to resolve any issue in a customer-focused way is essential.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities and Duties

• Sales, driving business forward, KPI's
• Cleaning & Maintenance Management
• Supplies & Inventory Management
• Financial management bookkeeping, Budget Management, and Reporting
• Social Media and Web Management
• Booking Management and Guest Communication
• Checkin / Check out
• Client Liaison and sales
• Any other job that is required to keep the holiday home business running smoothly.

Qualifications and or Experience Desirable

• Social Media, Web Experience
• MS Office Applications
• Financial record management and reporting experience
• Flair for design
• Good at working as part of a team and on your own.
• Driving License and own car.
• Must be physically fit.
• Excellent Spoken and Written English Language
• Sales/Business Experience
• Hospitality and Cleaning Experience

Rate of Pay
Hourly rate from £13.50 per hour dependent on experience.

Plus, mileage and petrol costs


Hours

The hours for this role are between 9 am to 5.30 pm Days TBC Some weekend work may be required.

There may be additional hours required ad hoc that can be negotiated dependent on the workload.
