Head Waiter - 2 Michelin Star Restaurant - Central London

Salary 30-40K per annum plus tips

5 over 7 days Days Nights Weekends (must be flexible )


We are currently looking for a Head Waiter to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience.

My client is a Michelin star restaurant located in Central London.


Benefits:


The Head Waiter will receive:


  • A competitive salary package of up to £3040k.
  • A fulltime contract for 5 days per week.
  • Mostly straight shifts hours per week.

The successful Head Waiter will have the following:

  • Experience in similar luxury fine dining establishment
  • Passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service
  • Experience in looking after stock take and logging of breakages and wastage
- .Committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for guest

  • The ability to adapt and being able to work under pressure
  • Professionalism and engaging personality
  • A working knowledge of the service journey
  • Very good level of spoken English
