Workshop Supervisor - an exciting opportunity has become available for you to join a national supplier of contruction equipment at one of their depots near Pentir. You will be supervising a team as well as being hands-on, assisting with any workcarried out within the yard.

The Workshop Supervisor role will include:

Supervision of yard operatives covering maintenance and servicing of hire equipment.
Manage health & safety for the yard, and staff working offsite.
Provide suggestions on how processes can be made more effective.
A handson approach to all hire equipment and processes.
To be successful in this role, you may have previously worked in positions such as Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand, Chargehand, Workshop Manager, Site Supervisor, or Service Manager, Plant Fitter or Yard Foreman.
Experience with groundworks equipment or equivalent is ideal but not essential.
You must hold a Full UK driving license.
You will have previous supervisory experience within a busy depot.
