Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our fast-paced warehouse team at Kolorcraft Distribution. This is a key role within our operation, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of materials to support production and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Promptly notify the relevant recipient or team member of all goods received.
• Receive, inspect, and conduct random quantity checks on materials ordered by the Purchasing team.
• Complete scheduled warehouse tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all stock is clearly identified and safely stored in designated locations.
• Monitor the production plan and ensure timely picking and staging of materials to meet production needs.
• Operate forklifts to unload deliveries and distribute goods to appropriate areas.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in line with company procedures.
• Support stock-taking activities, including daily perpetual inventory (PI) checks.
• Perform daily and weekly health and safety checks on forklift trucks, including inspections of hydraulics, oil, and water levels, and complete associated records.
