The Role*As our
Sales Associate you will help supercharge and streamline our sales function.

Reporting to the Head of Hub Sales, you will primarily help qualify and inform inbound prospective members and clients of all that Huckletree has to offer.

This is an exciting era for the company and nothing is off the table. We want to see your energy, adaptability, and downright hunger for beating targets.

You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, assessing market challenges and identifying opportunities when you see them, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high impact value to our members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads in understanding their workspace requirements while selling why Huckletree is their best workspace provider
  • Work alongside marketing to source and engage with high potential prospects and companies
  • Act as a consultative partner; fielding questions and handling objections
  • Handling high volumes of enquiries efficiently and promptly, as well as contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Once prospects have been qualified and a fit has been identified, seamlessly hand them over to the right person in the business to conduct the onsite tour and convert the lead
  • Manage Huckletree profiles across all aggregator platforms making sure they are kept up to date with the latest pricing and photos
  • Maintain CRM, ensuring all data is up to date
  • Provide administrative support to the whole sales department
  • Assist with project managing sales and operations tasks
  • Assist in competitor research to ensure we're always ahead of the curve
