Zest Optical have a unique opportunity in Central London representing the global leader in sports performance eyewear based out of their flagship store in Covent Garden, London.


Within the role you would act as an ambassador of the brand leading the team to continued success with a focus on offering high-class service.


Assistant Manager - Role

  • Drive further growth and development of the store and brand in the area
  • Develop the team through effective training to offer quality customer service that reflects their brand values
  • Oversee all daytoday operations and processes
  • Build relationships with local businesses and store staff through effective networking and communication
  • Provide expert and personal service depending on fashion interests and lifestyle

Assistant Manager - Requirements

  • Proven track record in a leadership role within fashion / retail / accessories
  • Possess an entrepreneurial drive to develop the business and those around you
  • Hold an interest in the brand and sports / performance products

Assistant Manager - Package

  • Basic salary up to £30,000
- £15-20,000+ available in bonus and commission
- £45,000+ total package
