Internal Relationship Manager - Bridging & Development Finance

Location:
London


The role of the internal relationship manager is to support the external Relationship Manager who is on the road attending meetings, promoting bridging and development finance solutions to the intermediary market.


This is made up of the following duties:

  • Being available on the phone to answer queries both relating to existing bridging and development finance cases in the pipeline and new enquiries.
  • To review and issue indicative terms for new enquiries on Bridging/Development Finance cases.
  • Attending meetings to discuss cases with the Credit Committee.
  • Chase terms to move the deal to credit
  • Helping on pipeline cases to progress to completion
  • Searching for and contacting new/existing intermediaries to discuss Bridging and Development products for their client's needs.
  • Booking meetings for the external Relationship Manager's
  • Attending certain events/expo's
  • Visiting Intermediary relationships with the external Relationship Manager once a month
  • Sales experience within property finance essential.
  • For this position, we would happily consider a Mortgage Broker that is looking to become a Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager / BDM. (We would like to see some stability on your CV)
  • Previous intermediary (mortgage / finance brokers) exposure is desirable
