About the Role

They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their HR team on an interim contract of 6 months.

The role is currently vacant due to a secondment so they are keen to fill this role as soon as possible.


The Business Partner role will involve supporting the Head of People and HR team in providing an excellent service to their colleagues, as well as delivering their People plan.

The role is strategic and you will have the autonomy to influence in areas yousee room for improvement.

Their Business Partner approach means that you will be able to build strong relationships with your partners, providing them key data, insight and advice.

Aside from general Business Partner duties, you will also be the lead on the organisations' learning & development. You will have the responsibility of managing their eLearning and performance management systems, including maintaining usage and running keyreports.

Aside from this, they will look to you to help develop and organise company training as well as planning ahead as per training needs.

About You


You should of course also be confident in your general HR and employment law knowledge to support the business and their colleagues with their day to day and business as usual areas of the role.

It goes without saying that confidentiality and being a strongrelationship builder is key.
