Conveyancer / Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Permanent
Work Hours: Full Time

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work in a high-volume residential conveyancing environment.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity and mortgaging.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

3+ years experience in high volume residential conveyancing
Experience of a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity and mortgaging
Volume conveyancing experience
Confidence in freehold and leasehold matters
