We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join a talented team within a lovely B Corp professional services firm.

As BD & Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategy for content and marketing events and playa key role in creating and implementing the team and divisional business plans.

You will be supported by a team of 8 and will line manage two Executives, working collaboratively with your team and the wider team to create targeted campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

Create and implement the content strategy for online marketing communications, including for the firms webpage and social media accounts
Manage both the strategy and logistics for Marketing events
Support Executives with the content creation for online communications
Use knowledge of key target markets to produce targeted campaigns to increase awareness of products and services. Identify opportunities for new products and services
Coordinate and generate RFP responses and support colleagues with the creation of supporting materials for clients
Play a key role in creating and delivering both the team and the wider business plans including identifying opportunities for the wider business and supporting with the client satisfaction survey

Experience you'll need:

Experience in a similar Marketing and Business Development role. Previous experience within the legal and/or professional services sector is highly advantageous
Proven experience in developing and implementing targeted online campaigns. Previous experience in managing events is advantageous
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and CMS platforms
Be a commercially minded marketer who shares B-Corp values
