Our team

The financial services team within Eversheds Sutherland combines firms which have been at the forefront of regulatory and tax interpretation and product development for the fund management industry since the 1960s.

We have helped fund managers and general partners (GPs) to launch thousands of funds and to market them compliantly into over 100 countries.

We have extensive experience of setting up funds in many countries to invest in a wide range of asset classes including publicly traded securities, fixed income, direct private equity investments, private equity funds, hedge fund strategies, infrastructure structured products, renewables, private debt, real estate and timberland.

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting an Associate to join our Edinburgh team.

They will have exposure to high quality work and the opportunity to develop their skills further, learning from direct experience but supported by partners and senior lawyers.

The continued success of the team creates real opportunities for merit-based promotion.
