My client is an online retailer of photography equipment with a customer base ranging from photography enthusiasts to professionals.
They are looking for a full-time administrator to join the friendly team based in Norwich, to provide support and administration to online customers.
This role will suit a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a meticulous approach to work and thrives in a busy and friendly team-based environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- General daily administrative tasks, such as;
- Regular system clean ups to ensure the system is kept up to date.
- Boxing and Shipping Customer repairs
- Processing of customer returns
- Arranging the collection of customer kit
- Issuing of Quotes
- Processing of credit and cash orders
- 4.30pm or 7.30am4pm in a productive and friendly environment.
