Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to assist in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Support and guide students on an individual or group basis, fostering their confidence and academic progress.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages a love for learning.
Champion the progress and development of students with additional needs, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working together to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

Hold relevant qualifications for the desired level of
Teaching Assistant (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Possess an
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the
Update Service or be willing to obtain one through
GSL Education.
