Personal Assistant / PA

Based outskirts Guildford - Hybrid working offered

Salary up to £35,000
Our client, a financial services company, is now looking for an experienced PA to join their team. You will be working mainly with the Managing Director, however some additional duties for a Part Time Director.

This is a really interesting, varied role -including:
- being the gakekeeper to the Managing DIrector,
- screening and handling external and internal queries,
- preparing presentations for the MD, preparing meeting agendas, arranging and attending the MD's meetings
- event management
- actioning client queries following meetings
- client liaison
- managing inboxes

  • Private PA support for MD
  • Arranging MD's travel

Experience Required:


  • Ideally a minimum of two years' experience working in a busy Executive Assistant role.
  • Previous administration experience Skills Required:
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills; especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Good written communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working
  • Ability to juggle tasks, prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Able to work to own initiative Personal Attributes:
  • Friendly, approachable and a good team player

The role - details

  • Working in a company with 30 in the team, in a beautiful office environment with ample parking
  • Flexible working offered 3 x days in the office, 2 x days at home
  • Hours 9am5.30pm
  • 23 x days holiday + BH
