Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director
- Drafting contracts and agreements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports
- Take minutes during meetings and transcribe as necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Book keeping (including raising and pursuing invoices)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Book keeping and property management experience is desirable
