Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Managing Director
  • Drafting contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports
  • Take minutes during meetings and transcribe as necessary
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Book keeping (including raising and pursuing invoices)

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Book keeping and property management experience is desirable
