**_Up to £50k
- dependant on experience _**An IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist is sought by a market-leading workplace health, wellbeing and ergonomics company. You'll manage their Information Security capability, driving forward information security culture, controls and processes, as wellas the information risk framework. This will play a key role in the delivery and retention of our ISO27001, PCI-DSS and CyberEssentials certifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Network is always optimised
- Design, implement, and maintain and document IT infrastructure and security systems, with a focus on ISO 27001 compliance
- Cloud Management
- Design and Implement Microsoft Azure services to suit company requirements/vision and best practices
- Operational management of ISMS in line with ISO standards, GDPR, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Audit functions.
- Ensure the security of all IT systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs
- Monitor and analyse security logs to identify and respond to security incidents
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure ISO 27001 compliance
- Creation of new security strategies, policies and procedures including documentation and implementation as well as responsible for the maintenance existing ones.
- Developing and rolling out a continual programme of data security education across the company as well as being the first point of contact for Data Protection queries
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies
- Helping the sales team respond to due diligence questionnaires and technical queries from customers and prospects
Must have
- Extensive experience working in IT infrastructure and security roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and services
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 27001 standards
- Exceptional understanding of Data Protection and GDPR
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work and design schedules to meet the desired requirements
- Ability to create & maintain highlevel policy and guidance documentation
