We are seeking a

Junior Bid Writer to join our Commercial Division

Due to business growth, we are looking for a new team member to join the Commercial Team as a Junior Bid Writer


The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responding to external client requests for information, tenders, proposals and quotations
  • Researching and capturing information to structure responses
  • Writing bids
  • Gathering and coordinating bid information
  • Managing internal stakeholders
  • Tender compliance
  • Managing content libraries

Criteria

  • Ability to write persuasively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work within a pressurised enviornment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
