Senior Sales Negotiator - Hove - Salary Basic £18-22K (OTE £40K)
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator for our clients busy Brighton and Hove office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading independent Estate Agent in the Hove / Brighton area and be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic,customer focused and highly motivated professionals.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Previous estate agency experience
Proven track record of performing well
Experience of valuations and listings would be an advantage but not essential.
You will be selfmotivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to recognise and secure new business opportunities
Listing / Valuations experience
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Knowledge of the Hove / Brighton, Sussex area helpful
Full Driving License and car owner essential

The role will be a 5 day working week which will include Saturdays on a rota basis.
