We have an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance Team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.


The post holder will provide administration support to the Compliance Team; with an overarching aim of improving the quality of patient care and outcomes.

Providing administrative support to the Compliance Team


Acting as the first point of contact for general telephone and written correspondence into the Compliance Team, prioritising and responding in an appropriate, timely and courteous manner.

Supporting the Compliance Team to effectively plan and organise their day-to-day processes.

Providing support to the Compliance Manager and compliance coordinators with data analysis.

Undertaking administrative work in the accurate maintenance of the Trust Monitoring systems.

Requesting case notes and ensuring the provision of storage remains in line with information governance and data protection guidance.

Ensuring appropriate escalation to the Compliance Manager.

Providing general advice to staff on processes.
