Description

Role Details:

Provide customer service to existing & new customers with Trade counter sales and via telephone orders.

Assisting with sales and marketing for Trade Days and ongoing business growth.

Monitoring & replenishing stock as required, ensuring smooth running of Trade Counter.

Picking and packing orders from the warehouse to provide to collection customers in a professional and safe manor.


Requirements:

Previous Trade Counter experience or Customer service role highly desirable, product training will be provided.

Forklift licence desirable however this also will be provided.

Sound basic computer skills with a professional customer service approach and good attitude to work.

Basic maths skills.
