Permanent, full time opening based in the heart of Newcastle, we have a great new opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Participate in direct marketing campaigns both events based and residential
  • Understand client USPs and how to market them
  • Report on KPIs
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service

Salary:
£18,943.00-£23,796.00 per year
