About Our Client:
The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Birmingham
The key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator are:
- Supporting the managing board to complete usual EA duties such as minute taking, booking meeting rooms, diary management, providing admin support
- Acting as Project Coordinator on current projects ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Acting as a first point of call for the board and the project
- Providing strong administration support
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator will be:
- Immediately available
- Have experience as an EA with Project experience
- Ideally have a Public Sector background
- Be organised and be able to organise others
What's on Offer:
The Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator will be offered:
- £14-£15 an hour
- Birmingham location
- 6 month FTC with a high likelihood to be extended
- 37.5 hours a week
- 5 days onsite
