As an Administrator / Planner your duties will be but not limited to- Scheduling in jobs on a daily basis
- Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time
- Tracking KPIs
- General administrator roles
- Liaising with clients and tradespeople
- Enter and update data in scheduling software or spreadsheets
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Salary - starting from £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
