Description
As an Administrator / Planner your duties will be but not limited to

  • Scheduling in jobs on a daily basis
  • Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time
  • Tracking KPIs
  • General administrator roles
  • Liaising with clients and tradespeople
  • Enter and update data in scheduling software or spreadsheets
  • Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Working hours - 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary - starting from £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
